Motor not shutting off?

    Hello! I recently purchased a motor from you guys. I installed it and my house is already cooling! However, I can’t seem to get the motor to turn off. Any help would be great!

    Good Afternoon Trey.

    We are happy to hear that you are back up and running. IF your motor is one of the X13 variants; pull out the wire connections on the speed tabs labeled 1-5. Give the motor 5 minutes so it has a chance to turn off. If the motor turns off, it is an issue that is deeper than just a problematic motor or module. Sometimes it is a bad thermostat, loose connections, etc. If the motor continues to run after the 5 minutes, it could be an issue inside of the module. Let us know what you find!
