Easy to order. The staff confirmed I had the right motor for my HVAC and a couple days later I was back up and running. I have ordered from them for another system and I will definitely order again if I need a replacement motor.

I got a running motor but it looked remanufactured, but I was under the impression I was buying new. Maybe I am wrong but the plastic plug connectors were discolored worse than the one I was replacing. But I got my A/C back before a heat wave so all is good!
