Check Before Returning Your Motor

Before returning your motor and waiting for a replacement, please take a moment to review these troubleshooting tips. By following these steps, you could save both time and money:

Communication Error

It can happen with 2.3, 2.5, EON, 3.0 motor types. Try to reset the whole AC System with a switcher on/off. If it still shows the error after the resetting, it means the wrong model number / programming was ordered.  Please take a picture of the original motor with its model number. Look at your order and compare the number of the ordered motor with the model number of the original motor. Give us a call to help you to get the write one for your system.
