What Does "Remanufactured" Actually Mean?

Your motor is stripped down and rebuilt to OEM specification using OEM parts, then run through the manufacturer's own computer test program. It only ships after it has passed all 34 tests.

What Warranty Comes with the Motor?

Every motor comes with a free 2-year warranty. Additional warranty options are available for business accounts.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?

Shipping is free anywhere in the USA. Orders placed by 3PM ET Monday to Friday, or by 1PM ET on Saturday, ship the same day.

Do I Have to Send My Old Motor Back?

Yes, and it costs you nothing. A prepaid return shipping label is inside the box with your new motor. Put the old core in the same box, stick the label on it and send it back to us.

My Motor Is No Longer in Production. Can You Still Help?

Very likely. We hold 30,000+ motors in stock, including models no longer in production, so there is usually no need to replace your entire system. Call (813) 440-8108 with your AC unit serial number and the motor model number and we will check for you.
